Energia Fitness also give the option of training with a partner,friend or group of friends (max 4 people).

An 6 week exercise/nutritional programme designed specifically to transform your body whatever your goal. This includes a nutritional consultation and personalised eating plan plus 3 x 1-hour training sessions a week. Extra sessions can be added.
