How to get ripped like a Hollywood Star or Fitness Model.
When it comes to building muscle most guys don´t actually want to look like a huge bulky bodybuilder but they do want to add noticeable muscle that gives them a more masculine physique. This is why I bought and recommend Visual Impact Muscle building because this course isn´t designed to turn you into a hulking bodybuilder but it will give you a muscular ripped body that you see adorned in fitness magazines, fashion catwalks and now in many of the latest action movies.

He also stresses that the program is there to be changed so what we have really is a framework that you can modify and change as your experience and training progresses. Don´t get me wrong there is definite program you can follow step by step but what it does mean is that it teaches you how to design your training so you can keep following and adapting the program for as long as you want.

The Workouts are then divided into 3 distinct phases that are designed to build on each other to produce the desired look of being muscular, hard and ripped.
Phase 1 – This is all about building the muscle you need to start the transformation
Phase 2 – This continues working on muscle development but now includes creating more muscle density and increasing strength. You also get to find out how to start doing cardio for keeping the fat at bay.
Phase 3 – This is where you concentrate on getting ripped while hardening the muscles to the max.

Workout Charts and Exercise demonstration ebooks
The workouts in Visual Impact are pretty straight forward in terms of exercise choices however if you are not sure of how to do some of them properly then a comprehensive exercise demonstration booklet is included. You can also use this if you want to add in other different movements to your routines.
All the workouts have been printed onto charts so you can take them with you to the gym and use them as a record. I highly recommend that you log your weekly results so you know exactly where you are at so you can keep progressing and forcing your body to respond to the training.
My Bonus:
Although I am a big fan of Visual Impact muscle building there are certain areas that I think could have been done a little better.
With the nutrition information I though the book could have gone a little more in depth especially with designing a eating plan for the getting ripped phase which is when nutrition becomes really important.
Also although the workouts are good I would have liked to see a couple more variations in each phase. This is because each phase is meant to last around 2 months and having just one workout per muscle split could get a little boring.
Finally the program mentions doing a lot of cardio especially Interval training but again the variations of these types of workouts is limited.
